Overview:

As a Registered Nurse (Agency), you will have the opportunity to work in various healthcare settings, including hospitals, clinics, and long-term care facilities such as nursing homes. You will play a crucial role in delivering patient-centered care, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and ensuring the highest standards of clinical excellence.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide direct patient care in accordance with their care plans.
2. Assess patient conditions, administer medications, and implement treatment plans.
3. Collaborate with other professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
4. Monitor and document patient progress and outcomes.
5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
6. Adhere to infection control and safety protocols.
7. Demonstrate empathy and compassion in patient interactions.

Requirements: 

1. Current and non restricted NMC registration.
2. Willing to take part in our mandatory training/induction.
3. Minimum 6 months of clinical nursing experience in the last 3 years.
4. Right to Work within the UK
5. Good standard of English and able to communicate effectively.
6. Ability to adapt to different healthcare environments.
7. Willing to travel if required. (Transport service available)
