Support Worker (Complex Care)

Job Description

Here at Smeaton Healthcare we are looking for individuals who are passionate about caring & supporting others to join our team in Cornwall.

We are recruiting Support Workers (Complex Care) to work with a young lady who exhibits multiple risk behaviours, this includes Verbal and physical aggression and self harming. This lady also suffers from PDSD and depression. 3:1 support day and night required.

We have both day and night positions available and contracted hours will be offered.
Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 Years’ experience is required, full training will be provided
• You must have the right to work within the United Kingdom.
• Must be able to communicate in English
• Must be willing to learn, develop and adapt our values into your practice.
• Must be aged 18 or above.
