Who is it for? This is for anyone who is wanting to work closely with our service users in their own home, enabling them to live the best possible life. Our service users needs vary from basic needs such as meal prep, to more advanced needs such as palliative care.

Agency/Flexi
Who is it for? Staffing Agency is for anyone wanting to work more flexibly, including the ability to choose which days you want to work and how often. Our clients include Care homes, Hospitals, NHS and more.
What do we offer? We offer weekly pay for our agency team and in some branches we can assist with transport to and from places of assignment.

Smeaton Health care provide agency staff to Durnsford Lodge. Ben and Michael are always very responsive to our needs and the communication is second to non. We cannot fault them or the wonderful staff they send us. The staff are always very considerate and respectful, we have never had an issue with them. Smeaton is definitely our number one choice!
